Tapeworms can block your intestines, so I'd start with a heavy herbal cleanse. I've been doing a bunch of stuff herbally and passed all kinds of crazy critters but it wasn't until I started Milk Thistle that Tapeworm segments came out. Get some Wormwood , Black-Walnut , and cloves and and start taking it together. Neem kills them, as does garlic, bromeliad, and a bunch of other herbs. Google it. You can also take Triphala to help push out the feces. I'd add milk thistle slowly to flush more toxins out too.
