If you are not crashed by the Epsoms, and you feel ready, follow your own feelings about it.  People have flushed every day (only a few times) or every 3-4 days. 

But then when you get a little relief, try to take it more slow, is my two cents.  Just watch your hydration, electrolytes, digestion, etc.  Don't do any other invasive things in the beginning.
