When I first started taking Magnesium I had one day where I was itching all over. At first I thought it was dry skin (Winter low humidity) but there was differently something going on as it was intense and I haven't had it that bad since.

I've also had hot flashes, which is interesting since I'm always cold.

The itching has gone mostly so there is hope for your maybe?
