No it does not make sense. Did you read the book?

I suggest you wait for 4 weeks, but during those 4 weeks eat fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly squizzed juices and walk everyday. Eat apples everyday.

If you have a rebounder, I would do that as well.

After 4 weeks you can do another flush.
