According to several dozens of practitioners I've consulted with, by the time meat, chicken and fish is eaten, after being preserved and cooked, it's protein has completely coagulated.
The body reads it as a pathogen, creating a massive immune response, which is what gives us the energy rush after eating meat.
The body can't use this coagulated protein for cell building, and ends up hardening and thickening the arterial walls, leading to heart disease, oxygen deprivation and nutritional deficiencies down the road.
The last few times I ate fish, chicken or meat, I thought I was going to have a heart attack, followed by extreme tiredness.
I have decided to go completely vegetarian - I feel stronger, more energetic and healthier when I stay away from animal products.
Any tips on what to expect and ensure I do to be a healthy vegan would be great ;)
