Hello Jhan,

I have anxiety again. For three weeks there was nothing thanks to the Vitamins I take. Now I am still taking them, but since this week I wake up in the morning and I am nervous.
I am in the fourth week of my Candida-Diet and everything is working just fine.
I take Advanced one multiple, then Dekristol and some special Omega-3 Capsules.
So what is up now?? I was so happy that for three weeks I had nothing...is this another herxheimer reaction?? what should I do?? cut back the Vitamins??
