I know this post is years old, but I have to say, I was desperate doing this simple Liver Flush because I started feeling nauseous! Went on a mad search to see what to do for it and as always ... the answer is here on CZ.

I didn't have ginger in powered form, but did have a ginger root that I sliced up and chomped on (I didn't swallow it) but that helped with the nausea immediately! Now I think I can power through.

Granted, it did burn a little bit ... but it's better than chucking all that up and all that work for nothing. So the ginger worked like a charm.
