It also reveals food sensitivities which are minor allergies that your doctor can't detect.
Another cause can be adrenal exhaustion which can be caused by food allergies or just too much activity in your life. Rest is essential to balance. Reduce your allergic exposure (food and airborne) and take the herb Maca (1 tablespoon twice a day).
