I am 38 years old and have struggled with dry eyes for 6 years. Recently my eyes have gotten worse. The eye dr says my oil glands are blocked. I am currently using Dr Christopher's eye wash and supplements 3 times per day. I also use a heated mask several times per day. I stay mostly on a paleo diet, have quit taking antihistamines, and use a lot of coconut oil. My life has a lot of stress. I have tried castor oil, but it seemed to make my eyes worse. Any suggestions you have are appreciated. MommyJoy5
