Suggestions, hold coffee enema over an hour. Do 2 a day when possible. Second one before 3pm. Remember to replace minerals.

Double digestive enzymes and take them on empty stomach.

Keep up with the Casagara Sagrada.

Frankincense oil in a 00 cap may also be helpful for cleaning out residue.
