Such a simple song and such an emotional boost. Thanks for this reminder that words have such power. Just the simple difference between yes and no makes an emotional impact. Just simply saying Thank-You makes us feel better. So does, I Love You, or even, I Love Me.

Every word is not only an outer message, it is also an inner message. The beauty of music, is that it bypasses our conscious filters and allows positive messages (and negative ones) to land more easily and deeply.

So let's increase the positivity of our music and our self-talk. Thanks for the happy reminder.
