Well, way to go!
I completed 43 days of Master-Cleanse in early September. Prior to that I had been basically living a vegetarian life style for around three months. I followed my Master-Cleanse up with juicing and then a strong protocol that Shelley of the ask Shelley forum helped me design.
I have been enjoying an active and energetic life since. I give thanks for having been introduced to the Master-Cleanse by my sister who did a ten-day cleanse earlier in the year.
I had been living in a negative cocoon of sorts for years. Living in an abusive marriage, and fighting a battle with a form of cancer, I finally broke free an started a path towards total healing.
The healing the MC cleanse can provide needs to be experienced to be believed. I love reading posts from others that have discovered the empowerment and elation that comes from a long MC.
