Hello,
I bought this paperback book over 30 years ago...
I was sitting in my back yard and started reading it...I finished the book that afternoon, went out and bought a juicer and fruit and vegetables and the rest is history.
I fast for 2 weeks annually and lose at least 14 to 16 pounds
His book is straight forward and easy to read
There are so many fasting books out there but this book has worked for me
I honestly recommend it
