I found that liposomal glutathione to be the best but never tried your method. A word of caution for anyone trying the lipo form is that it is a potent detoxifier and will dump toxins out of the liver quite rapidly. Start with small doses (like a 1/4 of a teaspoon) and make sure you use something to collect the toxins which dump into the intestinal tract this would include charcoal or clays (betonite).
