very interesting
i wish it was Sugar doing it to me
someone recommended taking vitamin c until it gave me the runs
when i did it, i got several mouth ulcers simultaneously
so the next time i bought a bag of grapefruit and got an ulcer, i realized i was giving them to myself by eating too much grapefruit
i have to be careful about eating too vitamin c powder or too much citrus
and orange juice gives me indigestion, not sure if that is related though
interesting that Sugar gives you mouth ulcers
and vitamin c gives me mouth ulcers
but they both cause an acidic internal environment, no?
so our bodies get ulcers when too acidic, maybe?
is that what is happening?
