Could hypoglycemia be the cause of my very dry mouth?

I notice when I eat a carb this tends to feel better but only temporarily.

Yes I prob have other bacterial/fungal issues going on. I def have a bad case of nail fungus (I know TMI). My regular dr wants me to take the very strong anti-fungal medication that can ruin your liver hence the need for routine blood testing. But my ND doesn't want me to. Said there are safer alternatives out there. And I agreed.

But now I am beginning to question that. So far all of her natural supplements haven't done a thing for me . I have been a sugar/carb girl all my life and suffered with sinus issues just as long. Maybe this is the very thing I need to knock this out of my system so my adrenals get a rest.

Any thoughts?
