I've been suffering with most of your symptoms too (including the nose/ear sebum) and recently found something that seems hopeful and practical to fight Candida. A brand of probiotics called ThreeLac. It supposedly tastes good, and you can keep your regular diet but still kill the Candida. I ordered mine today but reviews seems very positive. If that doesn't work for you, the website candidasupport.org seems to have some powerful options to add to the probiotic.
