but your thyroid needs more work
2mg of methyl b12
1mg of Iodine (increase gradually up to 3or 5)
selenium 400mcg
zinc 50mg
copper 2 mg
fishoil at least 4 grams (double strength)
vitamin D 10000iu for 1 month reduce to 5000iu or test for more accuracy
iron 18mg ( or get tested, iron serum with ferritin)
