Is lithium quite low on your hair or blood test? I think it is involved in balance of norepinephrine and serotonin. Some people in the heavy metal detox groups who had low Li in hair and intense "difficult" mood liked the effect, including me and a friend.

Don't forget magnesium for both its typical calming effect and help with constipation.
