I have been eating a protein, with lightly cooked veggies (Cooked in a little bit of coconut oil). I do not get an attack after eating but maybe a very mild pain. But what happens sometimes is I feel anxious and my pulse will increase after eating. I never had that in the past but I know my GB is congested now. Last night in bed I had some pressure and it felt like a stone was trying to move.
