It really looks like you're not converting your T4 to T3 in sufficient amounts. This could have many reasons, selenium deficiency (but I suppose you are taking your selenium right?) is the first that comes to mind.
In order to successfully convert T4 to T3 a lot of cofactors are needed. Zinc, copper, B vitamins, etc. So maybe it could pay to have a look into those?
For me (three years back) it was the selenium, I was really deficient. When I started taking it I became very hyper for a while. After that my hypo returned.
