With the gallbladder congestion, shoild I stay away from healthy fats? I have adrenal fatigue ( low cortisol) and I eating a protein, healthy fat, veggies, and unrefined starch at each meal. That is good for adrenals, but what do I do about the gallbladder? Thanks.
