I do take mag every night and I do Epsom Salts baths as well. Another part of my sleep issues us that I have adrenal issues that I am trying to fix. My cortisol is too low at night. Also, after I eat (and I have been eating healthy)my pulse increases and I feel anxious so I believe that is gallbladder related as well
