I've recently gone to a naturopath - she seems very good and I'm following her protocol by making lifestyle changes and taking her minerals.

I've been reading dr. lam's articles as well so that should help me hopefully.

I totally get you. My family doctor acknowledges adrenal fatigue but he said my cortisol levels are good. except he only used a conventional cortisol blood test. He said he'll send me to a specialist after a couple more tests.

This seems like something we have to figure out on our own by spending hours doing research lol
