Thanks for all this information.
I've already pruchased the mood cure from amazon - figure that there's no point trying to heal by changing all the lifestyle bad habbit if I'm still stressed unconscionably. Tried to stop looking at the mirror every day haha.

Unfortunately I've spent a lot of money on supplements and starting to go to a naturopath, hopefully my family doctor can recommend me some of these tests so I can go through free healthcare or insurance.

And good to hear your body is healing! that give me hope. I'm only 28 so I should have tons of time to heal.
