You are fermented inside. I have been there. First problem is that you have low acid. Low acid usually creates reflux. Once you have low acid in the stomach you get fermentation and that smells foul. If it stays that way for a long time you will have Candida over growth.

I suggest drink apple cider vinegar before every meal. Also take Betaine HCL pills. This should help with all the somch issues/.

Then work on your Candida.
