all types of raw honey feed yeast like crazy in my body. I believed all the hype that raw honey would be good for candida for almost a year and was so excited I could have some sweeteners for a change. I ended up incredibly sick with Psoriasis all over my body, sharp stabbing chest pains, shortness of breath, passingout when I stood up, itchy all over, tongue fuzzy and furry and white as it has ever been.

There is just too much Sugar in honey for it be a treatment for candida. Maybe in some casees it works for people with strong immune systems. But everyone I know who's tried it whos been dealing with candida for years, agrees that it has been a disaster.

Just needed to weigh in here for everyone's sake.
