I would suggest to read Dr. Lam articles on Adrenal Fatigue (was described by Hans Selye first time). It's a good starting point. You also may need to find a good naturopath. My attempts to self-navigate at this point have failed.

I had most of the symptoms you have. Brain fog was very annoying. I had it to a point where I could not see text close to me (just like old people farsightedness.)

Regular family doctors don't know much even regular endo would not be able to tell you much. I need to do some tests to see where things go. I see family doc who was explaining me that my numbers are very good. I asked her if it should be the other way around: she would listen to my symptoms and then check the numbers. She did not know what to say.
