My liver/gall bladder pain has never come back to what it was when my liver was really congested as I do weekly maintenance with coffee enemas and mag citrate. I think the body sees Epsom Salt as being slightly more toxic than mag citrate powder.

When you get liver pain coming and going like that you can be sure it's time to cleanse. At one point I had it almost constantly with nausea and chest pain as I said so I finally wised up and started cleansing the liver. Scary stuff when you are going through it and not sure what to do. It was a real life saver.
