Can Molybdenum effect Zinc's "Jobs" in a negative way 'at all' ? by dfams1 ..... Copper Deficiency Support Forum

I apologize if this is really long, but I'd appreciate it if someone could read the whole thing because I'm actually asking several things and I REALLY need to understand...

Title might be a bit misleading... But, basically as soon as I started taking Molybdenum, all the negative from a copper detox went away, sure, but also all the benefit from the Zinc seems to have completely gone as well.

Before I started taking it a week ago, I was having heavy Copper detox symptoms, from 2 weeks of taking Zinc causing all the Copper to be detoxed/dumped into my system. But at the same time, I was getting a TON of positive benefit from it, on top of that - better digestion, faster healing, stabilized blood Sugar levels (normally EXTREMELY low), less inflammation, adrenal cortex extract supplements working better, etc.. just overall everything improved, drastically.

And at first when I started taking the Molybdenum, I was SURE I was eliminating, or rather getting a TON of the Copper out (not to get graphic, but it actually REEKED of Copper, anytime I went to the bathroom). But then all my positive benefits from the Zinc slowly went away within just a few days of taking the Molybdenum, and as a result even my detox/elimination slowly stopped.

In other words. I was feeling a LOT better overall before, when all I was taking was Zinc, and eating healthy - even despite all the added side effects from it detoxing/dumping copper into my system. And as soon as I started taking Molybdenum, all of this went away... even the fact that I could tell I was "eliminating" copper fast from my body.

The reason why I'm wondering if the Molybdenum can effect Zinc in 'any' negative way, is because I read an article that says that Molybdenum causes Zinc to be utilized extremely fast by the body, but most specifically in eliminating and preventing copper toxicity...

What I'm wondering is...

1) If the Molybdenum is sort of narrowing what the Zinc SHOULD be doing, to the job of just copper detox 'alone', and not to all of it's other jobs that it was helping me with before?

2) Another possibility is that the Molybdenum is causing a massive copper deficiency, and that is making it so Zinc doesn't do it's job (Since I THINK they BOTH require each others presence to do any of their jobs [including even further copper detox!], but I could be wrong? Could REALLY use clarification on this!).

3) The last possibility, and actually seems to be by far the least likely, is that I'm "done" detoxing copper, and just have a huge copper deficiency (as above) due to the Molybdenum? Is it even POSSIBLE to detox an entire life's worth of copper stores THAT fast? Only been 2 weeks taking Zinc + another week taking Molybdenum with it.

4) At first, I thought this might simply be because I stopped taking Vitamin C about a week and a half ago.. and this 'may' still be the reason... BUT I started taking it again 2 days ago and haven't really noticed any improvement. Does Zinc require Vitamin C to do it's job, much less to this degree? Especially with very bad (stage 3) adrenal fatigue perhaps?

Having a really hard time figuring this out and could use some opinions.. sorry this was so long.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I'm CERTAIN I still have copper toxicity. I still have all the symptoms I had before I started this... OCD, Anxiety, and a ton of other copper related things, both mental and physical.
