I know fasting can be complicated but I will stay at home the whole time, I won't be working or anything so I'll be OK. Other people have done fasts to heal their scars and it worked. I know of one guy who smoked a lot of weed and ate really badly and he just jumped into a fast. He did 18 days and some of his scars healed.

Anyway, last nights flush was just the same as always so I could be flushing for years. I'm not staying like this.
