Best to get tested by a reliable lab - I posted links on the thread below. There are a number of pathogens that could be causing the trouble, most likely some protozoa which could be a number of things including giardia, cryptosporidium, isospora, e histolytica etc.

Have you tried or formulated any treatment strategies?
