I am not vegan though haven't ate meat in a long time. I was vegan for a year.

I'm doing a mini cleanse right now, I feel better when the congestion is gone but it doesn't stay gone. I got less than 2 hours of sleep last night. How long does this last? Can I slow it down or lessen the severity?

I don't know what to eat anymore. My stomach really can't handle much. It's gets very acidic. Also my urine ph has been pegged above 7 reaching 8 this morning. I bought a blood pressure machine. Haven't had a bad reading yet. All vitals are great. My blood Sugar though was 139 after I ate this morning. It's currently sitting at 97 and I haven't eaten in 6 hours.

I just want this to end I'm scared out of my skin.

Thanks for your help. Anything would be amazing right now.
