The problem is not about minerals or substances. Its like a hen or the egg problem, which came first? Psychiatry has it all backwards. Feelings cause emotions, emotions are the physical response to feelings. These are what cause the imbalances.

To get to the root issue, one must first consider unresolved feelings and conflicts. These feelings could have gone subconscious, which makes them even more difficult to pin point.

Once the feelings are resolved, the body and emotions heal naturally and effortlessly.
