You didn't say what you were using it for, but @full strength it can burn your skin.

Also there are different grades of H202. Always use food grade

You should dilute H202 to 3%.

Each ounce of 35% should be diluted with 11 oz of distilled water. 17% by 5.5 oz of distilled water.

Be careful. Maybe you should do a little research first.
