drank the olive oil +grapefruit last nite after 4 litres of apple juice in 24 hours

it made me very very nauseous perhaps bc it was my 1st heavy/fatty food in 10+ days or perhaps bc of the toxins it stirred up
but i didnt throw it up

when i woke i still felt sick +i pooped a bunch of tiny gravel w no visible green stones
i understand that since its my 1st flush it may take a few times for stones to appear especially since my gallbladder was already removed
next flush i will prep longer w apple juice +get some gold coin grass too

i just took Epsom Salt dose 3 a half hour ago so we will see if i shed anything more
i still feel quite nauseous but my liver feels better
