Interesting that Iodine is an antidote for sulphur. I do take a lot of Iodine daily and in fact, thought I should stop all Iodine and supplements until the rash has subsided, It is some better today. I'll try the borax water mix and keep my water intake up.

I thought it odd that I was getting a reaction even after I had stopped the MSM for a couple weeks.

My diet and exercise hasn't been the best this past year, so I really need to work on that if I want any supplements and iodine to work well.
