I'm so sorry you have it so bad. I've cured mine from the inside out. You HAVE to change the way you eat. 1st give up alcohol, beer, grains (breads, and coffee. You should have immediate relief within 24-48 hours. Google Whole30 and try that diet for 30 days. You won't beleive how easy it is to cure this.
