I did the Master-Cleanse last May for 10 days. Since then, I had a bout with illness (and was prescribed the wrong meds--making my usually low BP go sky high an making me gain weight) and decided to try again.

I will be quitting smoking this time. I am primarily doing this again to get my BP back to normal and get the poisons out.

Does anyone have a recommendation for the length of time I should be on this fast? I know I should do more than 10 days...
