what would you recommend are carbs that are OK to include? would you say fruit should be avoided? im not even sure if i have candida ( i think i do, but i cant afford the 500$ test my doctor wants me to get), but i eat a paleo autoimmune diet and get my carbs from starchy vegetables and very limited fruit.
