Please educate yourself before you spread misinformation all over the internet. I teach classes on essential oils which are safe to use topically and internally. For the oils that are distilled properly and created for medicinal use (many of the oils on your list are not included) it would take an extremely high dosage to cause serious problems. "All things in moderation" is a good rule of thumb, but I have never seen anyone take "toxic" amounts of these oils. What I HAVE seen is someone using a large amount of oils and NOT drinking sufficient water to allow the body's systems to flush out the toxins that the essential oils release. If the toxins are not properly eliminated from the body, they will be reabsorbed causing unpleasant symptoms (rash, muscle pain, etc.)

There is a growing amount of literature and scientific research on the benefits of essential oils. The key is in the purity of the oil, which most people could not know from smelling a bottle. The majority of oils found online or in health food stores are NOT PURE. Because they are not regulated by the FDA, companies can make claims that are simply not true (ie: 100% Pure.) The only way to ensure purity and quality is to perform various tests on every batch harvested, as growth conditions can impact the final plant. doTERRA is the only essential oil company that currently mandates this testing and is the only brand of essential oil I will recommend for internal consumption. When used as recommended, they are not only completely safe but provide tremendous benefits to your body's systems and health.

I encourage you to spend some time researching essential oils instead of fearmongering. Here is a good place to start: http://www.mydoterra.com/takecontrol/essentialDefinition.html
