Should eczema scabs be rubbed off or not? I've heard both sides ... no they shouldn't be rubbed off, because they protect the skin underneath and they'll fall off on their own ... or yes they should be rubbed off, the scabs contain toxins and they should be rubbed off and the raw skin underneath moisturized to prevent permanent scabs ...
