In using 2% Lugol's Iodine for candida, I found no issues (until recently) building my daily dosage to 6 drops (4 times a day).

I've now started noticing tinnitus (ringing of the ears) occurring, which is unfortunate. I'm going to curb my dosage down, and am hoping the tinnitus resolves sooner than later on a lower dosage.

Has anyone encountered someone experiencing tinnitus from Lugol's Iodine supplementation?

Any insights you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
