Is this a stupid idea? Everything I read says they won't work (although there are lots of testimonials of people saying taking the capsules internally (orally) gave them beautiful skin). I've been reading about coffee enemas and adding glutathione to the coffee, can the capsules just be used as suppositories? Has anyone tried this?

I know you can buy glutathione suppositories, but they're very expensive. I'm wondering if a capsule will do the same thing.
