Sorry for my bad english, but after many years of struggling with fecal or garbage-like body odour, i think, i have solved it. I am now convinced, i have trimethylaminuria.
I have tried many products:
- probiotics
- multivitamins
-gluten-free diet
- zinc
- charcoal
- copper chlorophyline

But nothing worked. I once came to the conclusion, my problem must be trimethylaminuria. But you can read everywhere, that Charcoal and chlorophyll helps with this problem. Not in my case. So i thought, maybe it isnīt TMAU. But it is important to note, that this recommendation is based on study with extremely small sample (about 4 patients). So itīs possible, this study is entirely bullshit or these treatments work only for small subset of patients with TMAU.
So then i tried TMAU diet. This means avoiding:

milk from wheat-fed cows
eggs
liver
kidney
peas
beans
peanuts
soy products
brussels sprouts
broccoli
cabbage
cauliflower
seafood

This diet immediately (within two days) solved my problems, as far as i can tell (1 month of diet now).
There are other foods containing high amount of choline you may also avoid, if your problems persist, for example beer. From my experience worst problems with odor happened after i consumed fish or legume.
See this study for a list of high choline foods: http://www.researchgate.net/profile/Kerry-Ann_Da_Costa/publication/8162516_Choline-_and_betaine-defined_diets_for_use_in_clinical_research_and_for_the_management_of_trimethylaminuria/links/0c960516d6cba406c6000000.pdf

I believe a lot of speculations about fecal Body Odor is
bullshit (= not based on any real science)- parasites, gluten sensitivity, intestinal bacteria, etc.

So try this diet and see if it helps..
