Sorry to hear that. Yeah I've had Acne for about 6-7 months now. I've figured out how to keep it to a minimum right now thankfully through the diet restrictions and supplementations. RIght now I only have a few spots, rather than about 20+ blemishes i had just a couple months ago. But I'm hoping that the Liver Flushing will be the last step of this.

I saw one naturopath for about 2 months who determined through kinesiology that I was having gallbladder trouble. He gave me some supplements for bile flow but nothing really changed. So I began seeing a different naturopath who practices functional medicine. He uses kinesiology as well, but isn't limited to it. I got some blood testing which determined some food allergies , pretty low thyroid levels (i gain weight super easily and am usually tired), and some other issues.

When did your Acne start?
