Our peak in sexual function has a lot to do with a healthy cardiovascular system. Our Cardiovascular system naturally goes into a long steep decline after age 30, which results in cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION & FEMALE SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION. Blood flow to the genitals of both men & women become restricted. We know how men suffer. Women experience poor sensitivity to the clitoris (no ogasm), dryness, and vagina that does not enlarge (intercourse pain).
