Hello to everyone here. I'm glad to find this forum, because I'm suffering 12 years now from Psoriasis and a few months ago discovered that I have severe candida overgrowth. It was horrible in the beginning but now symptoms seem to be moderated. I've eliminated all types of sugars (only 1-2 fruits a day), breads, soya, pasta, alcohol, dairy, meats, fish etc. Having discipline helped me a lot in this difficult journey.

Now, about curing this stubborn candida, I've bought a lot, I mean a lot of supplements and herbal stuff like oregano oil, kalmegh, pau d'arco etc. These things only reduce symptoms temporarily. I've tried zeolite and sodium bicarbonate for 2 months, I'm using frequent enemas even with change in the recipe and I also tried lufenuron. So what am I doing wrong?
Forgot to mention probiotics. Already have taken 3 bottles of UDO's choice 100+ billions. Now I start the day with baking soda, 30 min. later vegetable juice with diatomaceous earth and before breakfast a natural anti-fungal which I rotate every week. Also 8 chlorella pills daily, hydrogen peroxide, multivitamins and probiotics which also rotate every month.

I need a plan here and I know I'm not the only one.
Until now I've spent hundreds of euros dealing with it.
So, for finishing this post, a few questions.

Has anyone tried neem oil, methylene blue or borax?
How frequent can I use an enema? After doing an enema Psoriasis signs are reducing.
For how long can I drink hydrogen peroxide?
Any ideas killing candida spores?

Best regards, Andreas
