The See Clearly Method is developed by David W. Muris, Merrill J. Allen, Francis A. Young, and Steven Beresford. And it is partly based on the Bates Method. The authors previously have written the "Improve Your Vision Without Glasses or Contact Lenses" book. In short, I recommend you try the See Clearly Method. It has got positive feedback from the community.
