I think some if them do. If not, then they must have a pretty strong immune system. Or maybe they are avatars to can materialize out of the ethers and when they disappear, the parasites are cleansed. There have been several people over the years show up at the parasite forum in a panic because they were eating raw meat and now they realize they have parasites.
